When one goes through a stage of depression, oppression, anger, dispair, there are many things that can lift them up. You need to tap into the creative part of your brain. For many years I was daunted by my friends that seem to have unlimited creativity and talent. I would look at their creations in awe, while telling myself that I did not have a creative bone in my body. I finally discovered that this is utter nonsense. We all have creativity, we just need to find it. The key to finding your inner creativity is to remember not to have self doubt. Relish in the fact that you are creating and forgot criticism from yourself and others. Beauty truly is in the eye of the beholder.
